Following these steps will set the lunch ID for a single student or a batch of selected students.  It can be run on previous students safely by checking the option "Don't overwrite any existing IDs or passwords".  Additionally, These steps also, enable the Student & Parent portals for guardians & students.

Go to the PowerSchool Start Page Select the student(s) you wish to update. From the group functions button, found on the lower right, choose  "Lunch ID/Password Assignment"

Inspect the "Assign IDs & Passwords" and match the options in the picture below.  IMPORTANT: Make sure there is a check mark next to "Don't overwrite any existing IDs or passwords" Click "Submit"
