The following directions are for office staff to add a phone number or email address to the Do-Not-Contact list for alerts originating from SwiftK12 & PowerSchool.


IMPORTANT: Phone numbers & emails added to the do-not-contact list will not receive any future alerts, including emergency alerts.


  1. In PowerSchool click "SwiftReach SwiftK12" from the sidebar on the left
  2. Click "Settings" from the Swift K12 menu. 
  3. Click "Do-Not-Contact List" under the Systems Settings section 
  4. Enter the 'Name' and 'Phone Number' to add to the do-not-contact list.
  5. Click "+Add Phone"
