This is a preventative step that can save you time during reporting season. It is recommended but not required.
Below are the instructions on how to create a saved selection on count day in PowerSchool. If you preform these steps on count day, you will be able to come back at a later time and run reports on those specific students without having to do a manual selection.
- Go to the PowerSchool Start Page for your school building.
- Click All
- Click Stored Selections
- Enter a name for the stored selection (Example: Count Day 9/20/2018)
- Be sure SAVE is selected
- Click Submit
