This is a preventative step that can save you time during reporting season.  It is recommended but not required.


Below are the instructions on how to create a saved selection on count day in PowerSchool.  If you preform these steps on count day, you will be able to come back at a later time and run reports on those specific students without having to do a manual selection.

  1. Go to the PowerSchool Start Page for your school building.
  2. Click All
  3. Click Stored Selections
  4. Enter a name for the stored selection (Example: Count Day 9/20/2018)
  5. Be sure SAVE is selected
  6. Click Submit
