Follow these steps to add an athletic event to the district website hosted by Apptegy.
NOTE: Avoid abbreviations in making event titles. All titles and descriptions need to be text readable for ADA compliance reasons.
- Login to the Website admin portal called Thrillshare.
- Click "Platform" -> "Athletics"
- Click on the Sport name where you want to create the event.
- Click the red "Create Event" Button.
- Choose the "Tournament" event type.
- Complete the form to create the event
- Be sure to include Junior High or High School
- Be sure to include Girls or Boys
- List event as Away Team at Home Team
REMEMBER: Adding the location will add directions inside the district mobile app
