Follow these steps to add a calendar event on the district website hosted by Apptegy

NOTE: Avoid abbreviations in making event titles.  All titles and descriptions need to be text readable for ADA compliance reasons.

  1. Login to the Website admin portal called Thrillshare.
  2. Click "Platform" -> "Events"

  3. Click the red "Create Event" Button.
  4. Complete the form to create the event
    • Be sure to choose all the appropriate categories.

REMEMBER:  Adding the location will add directions inside the district mobile app
